Global Human Resource Centre is hiring an Office Administrator on behalf of our client in Pickering. We are looking for a candidate proficient in Oracle with previous data entry experience.
• Utilize and manage all aspects of Oracle
• Accounts Payable & Receivable
• Daily entry of vendor invoices
• Maintain vendor files
• Track exception/priority payments
• Follow up on customer payments and past due accounts
• Provide administrative support
• Other duties as required
• Must be proficient in Oracle
• Data entry experience required
• Able to work independently
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
RATE OF PAY: will be based on experience
