    Our client in Pickering is seeking an Office Administrator proficient in QuickBooks to join their dynamic team.

    MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Utilize and manage all aspects of QuickBooks
    • Accounts Payable & Receivable
    • Daily entry of vendor invoices
    • Maintain vendor files
    • Track exception/priority payments
    • Follow up on customer payments and past due accounts
    • Provide support/other administrative duties as required

    QUALIFICATIONS:
    • Must be proficient in QuickBooks
    • Data entry experience required
    • Experience with Oracle an asset
    • Able to work independently
    • Accuracy and attention to detail
    • Excellent organizational skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    RATE OF PAY: will be based on experience
