We are hiring on-call General Laborers/Warehouse Workers for our client in the Markham area. We are currently hiring for day shift. This position is offering full-time hours for short term contracts based on client demand.

Previous general labor or warehouse experience is an asset but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the packing and loading of goods in the warehouse.
• Process orders using the correct ticket information with shipping and receiving logs.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks accurately and on time.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and deadlines.

What you need:

• Reliable transportation to work
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds comfortably
• Excellent attention to detail
• Able to stand for extended periods of time
• CSA approved steel toe safety boots
• High school diploma or equivalent

Rate of pay: $17.65 per hour
