GHRC was founded as Global Human Resource Centre in January, 1991. We began our business by servicing the Scarborough and Toronto area, but quickly expanded to include more locations. Today we have offices in Scarborough, Cobourg, Peterborough, and Whitby from which we are able to service clients all across Ontario.
