Business Development Representative

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven commission-based Business Development Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for sales, with a focus on personnel solutions that meet customer needs. This position is hybrid; candidates will be sharing time working remotely and within our offices. This position is a base + commission pay structure.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs.
  • Engage in telemarketing and inside sales activities to generate leads and set appointments.
  • Communicate effectively with prospects to present our products and services.
  • Negotiate terms while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions with clients in the CRM system.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to foster long-term relationships.
  • Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet office space while performing work remotely.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in service sales or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Familiarity with telemarketing techniques and inside sales processes.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and highly motivated.
  • A customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering solutions that meet client needs.
