We are hiring Manufacturing Laborers on behalf of our client in Port Hope. This position is full-time covering the day shift and will become permanent for the right candidates. This company offers health benefits and a pension plan to their permanent employees.

Responsibilities

• Operate molding machines and assemble components according to specifications.
• Utilize hand and power tools to ensure precise assembly and quality control.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety standards.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency and resolve any issues.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment and assist in warehouse operations as needed.
• Transport materials safely within the manufacturing area.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing experience is an asset
• Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
• Able to lift 50 pounds comfortably
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and safety minded
• Candidates must wear CSA approved steel toe footwear

HOURS: Monday to Friday 7:00am-3:30pm (overtime as needed)
