We are hiring an Office Administrator on behalf of our client in the Minden Haliburton area. This position is temporary with full-time hours covering the day shift for approximately one month.
Responsibilities
- Greeting visitors and answering phones
- Responding to emails and forwarding to appropriate parties
- Ability to work independently
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Proven office, clerical, and administrative experience
- Proficient with MS Office Suite and email programs
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette
Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:30am-4:00pm
