Office Receptionist

We are hiring an Office Administrator on behalf of our client in the Minden Haliburton area. This position is temporary with full-time hours covering the day shift for approximately one month.

Responsibilities

  • Greeting visitors and answering phones
  • Responding to emails and forwarding to appropriate parties
  • Ability to work independently
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Proven office, clerical, and administrative experience
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite and email programs
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficient in multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette

Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:30am-4:00pm
