Sales Representative
We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for building relationships, a strong sales acumen, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving revenue and expanding our client base while offering flexible staffing solutions to meet the needs of companies across various industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Business Development:
- Identify and prospect new clients through cold calling, networking, referrals, and lead generation.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with both current and potential clients.
- Understand client staffing needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those requirements.
- Present our temporary staffing services, negotiate terms, and close sales deals.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and any service-related issues promptly and professionally.
- Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure client requirements are met effectively.
- Sales Goals & Performance Tracking:
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Track and report on sales activities and results using internal database.
- Continuously seek new business opportunities and strategies to expand client base and sales volume.
- Market Research & Trend Analysis:
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify opportunities and adjust sales strategies.
- Collaboration:
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient placement of temporary workers and ensure client satisfaction.
- Attend networking events and industry trade shows as required.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales or business development, ideally in staffing, recruitment, or B2B sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable with a base salary plus commission structure.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- A high school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is an asset.
