Frequently Asked Questions

Do you provide staff for winter snow removal?

Yes. We build “Winter Rosters” specifically for snow removal contractors. These staff understand the on-call nature of the work and are available for overnight or early morning call-outs when a storm hits.

What equipment do your staff arrive with?

All candidates arrive with CSA-approved steel-toed boots. For landscaping, we ensure they are dressed in long pants and appropriate work shirts. We do not supply rain gear or winter parkas—candidates are expected to dress for the weather.

How do you handle "Rain Days"?

We know weather changes the schedule instantly. If you need to cancel a shift due to rain, we simply ask for as much notice as possible (ideally 2-3 hours) to prevent the worker from commuting to your yard. If a worker is on route or on site when the shift is cancelled, you will be billed for 3 hours of employee time.

Do you do residential or commercial work?

Our staff can work on both. However, for liability reasons, we primarily partner with professional landscaping companies, not individual homeowners looking for a single day of yard work.

Can your staff drive our company trucks?

Yes, for light-duty vehicles only. We can screen for candidates with a valid G License and a clean driver’s abstract (MVR) to operate your pickup trucks, crew vans, or small salt trucks. Please note that we do not supply AZ or DZ drivers for heavy commercial vehicles at this time.
