Traffic Control Personnel
Keep your job sites safe and compliant. We supply MTO Book 7 certified traffic control persons (TCPs) to manage flow and protect your crews across Ontario—including but not limited to the GTHA, Durham Region, Peterborough County, and Northumberland County.
When to Outsource Traffic Control Personnel
Traffic control is not just about holding a sign; it is about legal liability and crew safety. Using untrained labour for this critical role puts your company at risk. Our certified TCP service is the ideal solution if:
- You Need Verified Compliance: Every worker on the road must be trained according to MTO Book 7 (Temporary Conditions). We handle the training and certification so you don’t have to.
- You Need to Lower Liability: An accident in a work zone can shut down your project. We provide experienced personnel who understand line-of-sight, escape routes, and communication protocols.
- Your Crew is Stretching Thin: Don’t pull a skilled labourer off a machine to hold a paddle. Let your core team focus on the build while we handle the traffic.
- You Have Variable Needs: Whether you need one flagger for a day of paving or a 24/7 rotation for a bridge rehabilitation, we scale the crew to match your schedule.

Frequently Asked Questions
Are your flaggers certified?
Yes. Every Traffic Control Person we deploy holds a valid certificate in MTO Book 7 (Temporary Conditions). We verify these credentials and often conduct the training ourselves in-house to ensure quality.
What is the minimum booking time?
To comply with labour standards and ensure reliability, our minimum booking is 3 hours. However, due to the remote nature of many road jobs, daily shifts of 8–10 hours are most common.
Can you cover night shifts?
Absolutely. We regularly staff 24-hour construction projects. For night work, we ensure our staff are equipped with the appropriate retro-reflective gear required for low-light conditions.
Do you serve rural areas?
Yes. We service roadwork projects across Peterborough County, Northumberland County, Durham Region, and the GTHA. We have a mileage reimbursement system in place to deploy crews to remote locations effectively.
Do you provide the signage and paddles
No. We supply the personnel and their personal protective equipment (High-Vis Vests, Hard Hats, Boots). The client is responsible for providing the traffic control tools (Stop/Slow Paddles, Radios) and the site infrastructure (Cones, Signs, Trucks).
