Do your candidates have GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) training?

Yes. For clients in the food, beverage, and pharmaceutical sectors, we prioritize candidates with prior GMP environment experience. We can also run orientation sessions at your request to ensure staff understand hygiene protocols, gowning procedures, and cross-contamination risks before they enter your production floor.

How do you handle safety training for general labourers?

Safety is our non-negotiable priority. Every GHRC candidate completes WHMIS training and the Ontario 4-Step Health and Safety Awareness certification. We also review your specific site hazards with them to ensure they arrive with the right mindset and the correct PPE (steel-toed boots, etc.).

Can you help us staff a new production line launch?

Absolutely. We specialize in “ramp-up” projects. If you need to hire 20+ assemblers or operators for a new shift or product launch, we can manage the entire recruitment drive, including mass orientations and on-site check-ins, to ensure your launch stays on schedule.

Can we hire your temporary staff full-time?

Yes. Many of our manufacturing clients use our “Temp-to-Perm” program as a working interview. This allows you to assess a candidate’s speed, attendance, and team fit on the production line before making a long-term commitment. Once the contract period is complete, you can transfer them to your payroll seamlessly.

What happens if a worker isn't the right fit?

We stand behind our placements. If you feel a candidate is not performing to your standards within the first few hours of their shift, simply contact your account manager immediately. We will arrange a replacement as quickly as possible to ensure your production targets are not impacted.
