Yes. Standard practice is for skilled tradespeople to arrive with their own basic hand tools and tool belt. For specialized power tools, heavy equipment, or consumables, we expect the client to provide them. We clarify this “Tool List” with every candidate before deployment.

We require physical copies of the Skilled Trades Ontario (formerly OCOT) membership or Red Seal certification. We also verify safety tickets (Working at Heights, Confined Space, WHMIS) to ensure they are valid and not expired.

Yes. We have extensive experience staffing maintenance shutdowns. We can build a roster of Millwrights and Electricians specifically for short-term, high-intensity projects, including weekend and overnight shifts.

We can supply both. If you have the ratio capacity to supervise Apprentices, we can provide eager 3rd or 4th-year apprentices at a lower bill rate. If you need independent workers, we supply fully ticketed Journeypersons.

Yes. As the employer of record, GHRC handles all WSIB premiums, payroll taxes, and liability insurance. Not only does GHRC cover the risk expense with WSIB injuries, but our client’s WSIB class rate is never affected.
