Which forklift licenses do you verify?

We verify all standard classes including Counterbalance (Class 1/4/5), Reach Truck (Class 2), and Walkie/Rider Pallet Jacks (Class 3). We require candidates to present their physical wallet card or certificate, and we check that it is valid and issued by a recognized training provider in Ontario.

Can you provide staff for night shifts or weekends?

Yes. We understand that logistics is a 24/7 operation. We regularly staff afternoon, overnight, and weekend shifts. We also have an on-call system to handle last-minute call-ins for your critical outbound shifts.

Do you perform criminal background checks?

Yes, upon request. For high-value inventory environments, we can conduct criminal record checks (Bondability) to ensure the security of your goods. Please let us know this requirement when placing your order so we can filter the candidate pool accordingly.

Do candidates have experience with RF Scanners?

Most of our warehouse roster is experienced with standard RF hardware (Motorola/Zebra) and WMS environments. If you use a specific or proprietary system, we can prioritize candidates who are tech-savvy and quick learners.

What PPE do your warehouse staff arrive with?

All GHRC candidates arrive with CSA-approved steel-toed safety footwear (Green Patch). If your facility requires High-Visibility vests, safety glasses, or hard hats, we can either supply them or ensure the candidate brings their own based on your “Site PPE Policy.”
