We are seeking a detail-oriented Assembler to support our client’s production team. The Assembler is responsible for assembling, mounting, inspecting, and packaging delicate components in accordance with established technical specifications and quality standards.

This position requires excellent manual dexterity, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work with small, fragile components in a cleanroom or laboratory manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and mount components using specialized tools and equipment.
• Handle small and delicate components carefully to prevent damage or contamination.
• Perform lapping, polishing, cleaning, and other processing activities as required.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation, laboratory, or cleanroom environment.
• Perform other related manufacturing and assembly duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Access to reliable transportation or reside locally.
• Previous experience in manufacturing, electronics assembly, precision assembly, laboratory production, or material processing is preferred.
• Experience working with small components, hand tools, microscopes, measuring instruments, or precision equipment is an asset.
• Basic computer skills for entering production data, maintaining records, and tracking inventory.
• Good hand-eye coordination and dexterity.
