We are currently seeking dependable and hardworking General Labourers to support our client’s retail agricultural operations. This is a hands-on position that may involve a combination of outdoor farm work, harvesting, property maintenance, and general construction-related duties. Candidates should be comfortable working outdoors, performing physical tasks, and assisting with a variety of duties depending on operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist with harvesting, cutting, gathering, and handling plants and other farm materials.
• Perform general field work, including cleanup, weeding, moving materials, and maintaining work areas.
• Load, unload, carry, and organize tools, supplies, equipment, and materials.
• Assist with basic construction, repairs, and property maintenance projects.
• Support skilled workers with building, installation, renovation, or maintenance tasks as required.
• Use basic hand and power tools safely when trained and authorized.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe indoor and outdoor work areas.
• Assist with landscaping, grounds maintenance, and general farm upkeep.
• Follow all workplace health and safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Perform other general labour duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous general labour, farming, landscaping, construction, or maintenance experience is an asset.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Physically capable of standing, bending, lifting, carrying, and performing repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Comfortable performing physically demanding work.
• Able to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation to the work location is preferred.
• Experience using basic hand or power tools is an asset.
• Strong attendance, reliability, and work ethic are required.
• Weekend availability is required when needed.
