We are hiring experienced Order Pickers to join our client’s fast-paced food warehouse and fulfillment operation in Scarborough. This position is ideal for candidates who are reliable and comfortable working overnight shifts, using warehouse technology and scanning equipment, and meeting established productivity and order-accuracy standards.

Responsibilities

• Pick customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Operate pallet jacks and walkie riders, including Raymond equipment
• Use RF scanners, barcode scanners, handheld devices, and mobile applications
• Follow digital picking and inventory workflows
• Maintain required productivity, speed, and order-accuracy standards
• Move products safely throughout the warehouse
• Work effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced fulfillment environment
• Follow all warehouse, food-safety, and workplace safety procedures

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 full year of experience as a Picker or Order Picker
• Minimum 3 months of hands-on pallet jack experience — mandatory
• Experience operating walkie riders, including Raymond equipment
• Previous experience in a fast-paced e-commerce, fulfillment, logistics, technology, or high-volume warehouse environment
• Strong experience using RF scanners, barcode scanners, inventory systems, and digital workflows
• Comfort using smartphones, mobile applications, handheld devices, and warehouse technology
• Demonstrated ability to maintain required speed, productivity, and accuracy
• Ability to learn new systems and technology quickly
• Strong reliability, responsibility, and attendance
• Ability to work effectively during overnight hours

Please note: Candidates with less than three months of pallet jack experience will not be considered at this time.

Compensation & Performance Incentives

• Base wage: $17.60 per hour
• During your first 8 weeks, an additional bonus may bring your total hourly earnings to $25.00 per hour, subject to applicable program requirements
• After the first 8 weeks, employees may qualify for performance-based incentives by meeting established productivity and order-accuracy targets
