Responsibilities

• Assemble parts and components using hand tools, power tools, and mechanical knowledge to meet quality standards.
• Support machine operators by feeding materials, organizing parts, and ensuring smooth workflow.
• Conduct quality checks on assembled products, identifying any defects or issues for immediate correction.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
• Assist with inventory management by stocking materials and recording supplies used during production.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications

• Previous factory or manufacturing facility experience is highly preferred.
• Mechanical knowledge and familiarity with assembly line processes are essential.
• Experience with welding and power tools is a strong plus.
• Ability to work with hand tools and follow detailed instructions accurately.
• Strong physical stamina to stand, lift, and move materials throughout shifts (up to 75lbs comfortably).
• Basic understanding of safety procedures within a manufacturing environment.
