We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Worker to join our client’s manufacturing team. This role involves supporting the assembly, operation, and maintenance of production equipment to ensure efficient manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment. We are currently hiring for the afternoon and midnight shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate various manufacturing equipment and machinery with precision and adherence to safety protocols
• Assist in assembly processes, ensuring components are correctly assembled according to specifications
• Use hand tools, power tools, and other equipment to perform maintenance and assembly tasks
• Conduct routine inspections of machinery and report any issues or malfunctions
• Support warehouse activities such as material handling, loading, and unloading using forklifts when trained and certified (if required)
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency
• Follow detailed work instructions and quality standards throughout production processes
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines

Qualifications

• Experience with manufacturing environments is preferred
• Mechanical knowledge or background is a plus for troubleshooting equipment issues
• Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment
• Warehouse experience, including forklift operation (certification preferred) is an asset
• Familiarity with assembly processes and quality control standards
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 40 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks
