We are currently hiring Traffic Control Persons (Flaggers) to support our client’s road construction projects across Peterborough, Kawartha Lakes, and nearby regions. This is a seasonal opportunity with consistent hours and the chance to work outdoors in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Safely direct traffic around or near active worksites
• Monitor road and traffic conditions to ensure safety for workers and the public
• Communicate effectively with team members and other traffic control personnel
• Perform additional duties as required to support site operations

Qualifications

• Traffic Control Certification is required (training provided by GHRC)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable access to a personal vehicle
• Willingness and ability to travel to various job sites as locations change
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods (8–12 hour shifts)
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
